These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DarkAim website and the purchase of our CS2 skin changer software. Furthermore, by accessing our services in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Age Requirement and Eligibility

Due to the nature of our software, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use DarkAim products. Additionally, by agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority. DarkAim specifically reserves the right to terminate access if we suspect a user is under the age of 18, in compliance with UK online safety standards.

2. License and Permitted Use

Once you pay the one-time fee, DarkAim grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the CS2 skin changer. We intend this software for private, entertainment use only. Consequently, you may not resell, lease, or distribute the software or any associated license keys to third parties.

3. No Affiliation and Game Risk

DarkAim does not maintain any affiliation with, authorization from, or endorsement by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike. Moreover, you acknowledge that using third-party modifications, “hacks,” or “cheats” violates the Valve Subscriber Agreement. DarkAim bears no liability for any account suspensions, VAC bans, or loss of in-game inventory resulting from the use of our software. Therefore, you assume all risks associated with game-side penalties.

4. Payments and One-Time Fees

We sell all products for a one-time fee as displayed at the time of purchase. These prices include any applicable UK VAT. As soon as we confirm your payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital content.

5. Refund Policy and Faulty Digital Content

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you acknowledge that starting the download or accessing the software constitutes express consent to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Consequently, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we provide an exception if the digital content is faulty. If the software fails to function as described, you must allow DarkAim a reasonable opportunity to fix the fault. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion. For further details, please read our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DarkAim provides the software on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that our software will remain 100% undetectable by anti-cheat systems indefinitely. Similarly, we do not guarantee that the software will maintain compatibility with future game updates that Valve Corporation releases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, DarkAim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, computer damage, hardware failure, or the loss of digital assets.

8. Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom govern and define these Terms. Accordingly, any disputes arising from these terms shall remain subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Contact and Support

If you have any questions regarding these Terms or require technical support for a suspected fault, please contact our team through the official support channels on the DarkAim website.
